We cordially invite you to an exciting gastronomic evening "Connecting Slovak and World Cuisine", which will take place at the President Hotel Montfort. Excellent chefs Ján Duda and Mário Ťapaj will present their art. The meeting is scheduled for 20 April 2024 at 19:00 in the restaurant of our hotel.

A unique menu awaits you:
- Amuse Bouche: a delicate tarragon hollandaise sauce served on sous vide pork belly chips.
- Cold appetizer: Gently whipped butter with chives, mango caviar, smoked trout tartare and sourdough bread.
- Soup: Smooth pea cream with plucked rabbit.
- Interlude: Bao bun with julienne vegetables, jerk BBQ neck and Wakame salad.
- Main dish: Slow roasted pork tenderloin, herb breadcrumbs with cauliflower puree and brunoisse carrots.
