Receptionist

The job description is as follows:
- guest registration (check-in, check-out)

- receiving and handling reservations

- prompt response to e-mail and telephone requests

- working with the HORES hotel system

- creation of hotel bills and related formalities

- issuing documents for the creation of invoices

- material responsibility for the cash entrusted to them

- providing additional services according to guests' requirements

- cooperation and communication with other hotel departments
